I am curious to by from this guy but there are alot of warning flags, he has been a seller for 11months yet only has 6 transactions, he has six positive reviews but one of them says "bought 10g of this and i want more so do my friends speak soon mate" but there is no listings for any 10g products nor a custom listing... i don't know really but if anyone has ordered from him or if kronn himself can clear this up would be much appreciated.

So i contacted seller by pm and he had the WORST attitude i have ever encountered on SR, saying i was accusing him of being a scammer and what not... i asked if he was available to sort a 1gram sample for the right price (as i smoke alot of bud and once i know i have a good source i stick with them) but instead got a rude response. i will post the full convo here..

1 because i was one of the first sellers on here and i thought the site was very doddgy so i never used it till now since i want to expand and i have enough business in the UK to be ok but i want more now

urrm i don't know why your worried about the topic in the forum, it's standard procedure and infact encouraged to post topics regarding the legitimacy of a seller, all i'm doing is asking other silkroaders if they have ordered from you and what they're experience was like, and yes its common and more appealing to have proof that you are at least in possession of what your offering, otherwise you could grab any old pic of the net and claim it as your product (not saying that you are) but you see why it is a common them on here. are you able to do any samples like say .5g or 1g? again most new starters with low feedback on here offer samples so they can get good feedback and a trust/loyal customer base, id be happy to pay 10pounds for a 1g sample and im sure alot of people would too. anyway let me know what you can do :) cheers. 28 minutes read

i am not making you out to be anything, your profile speaks for itself bud, all i did was point out some things, your attitude stinks though and that is something i will also be adding to the topic, i have in no way been unfair or rude to you, if you were a legit proffesional seller you would be trying to prove your worth now so as to ensure future sales, instead you have driven me away from purchasing from you so you can shove your 4 bitcoins a gram up your arse. 2 minutes unread

I was curious too, his feedbacks seem sketchy, he asks for early finalization ("because of scammers we were forced to change our payment policy", after 6 transactions ?), prices are very interesting and his photos don't mean anything. Personally I would stay away !

hey its kronn here,
i have noticed this guy dint not put about asking for his free smoke i see that why he is so pissed off and made this forum because i dont like peole asking for free stuff nothing is free in this age. he has put all the other messages up but not the 1st ones to blag his way for a free smoke there are so many people that ask for that if you payed for post like i said i would of sent you a free gram but no you took what i said the wrong way and now trying to make me out to be a un honest vendor or a scammer.

Haha far from it! he message me saying OK i will send you a free package to make up for this (before he added his fake account and message to the topic) to which i replied... no thanks buddy the last thing i want is you having my address. i mean... what could he possibly want my address for after i've made it clear i don't trust him and want no business with him... makes me a little worried to be honest.

if you can show everyone here this message you are accusing me of then there you go.. you win... but you can't buddy, cause it was never sent, i've been nothing but nice to you and you are just a good for nothing scammer as far as i can tell, admittedly you haven't scammed me out of any money but im damn sure you would have if you got the chance judging by the fake account, deleting messages on this topic and generally lying out your asshole.. SR doesn't need any rude unproffesional liars on here, we get enough of that on the street.

I don't know, he's not honest, he's stupid, but he doesn't seem to have scammed anybody, so I don't think we can say he's a scammer for the moment. But let's stay watchful !

Very true WL, i will definitely keep my eyes peeled, it does seem a bit puzzling he is now offering free samples after his stinking attitude towards my enquiries, it's tempting to take a sample but i think i will sit back and see how this pans out, i do not think he is to be trusted.

Kronn i am cordially inviting you to prove my "blagging", the reason i do not fancy taking this free offer is because i doubt a whole bunch of stuff from you, how about you take a pic with these samples, with a piece of paper with your name (kronn) and Silkroad written on it, not only will that put my mind slightly at ease but any buyer with half a brain will check here before they buy from you, and after seeing all this bullshit this morning (sock puppet accounts/fake reviews/getting uptight about straight forward questions) they will want proof you are legit just like me... so yeah just take a picture with a few grams of your hash or bud or both with the piece of paper then upload it to .onion image uploader and post link here.

i have to admit i looked at the listings this morning and was put off by a new seller saying they have changed their shipping policy and asking for early escrow release, im not here to have a go or debate legitimacy but certain things do show a bit of a red flag for example:
"I’m a Vendor who accepts and follow the Payments Rules of Silkroad market Place what means I accept only bitcoins in escrow transactions"
but
"All orders have to be release funds before shipping"
thats not an escrow transaction, its an early finalization which is pretty much the same as out of escrow, theres no protection at all, escrow exists to protect buyers, im afraid you cant really come on as a new seller and ask people to finalize early, thats something only sellers who have built up a level of trust can get away with (like amsterdamshop whos profile you used to create yours). if you are legit and want to become a good vendor i suggest editing your profile (dont copy and paste other sellers profiles, it looks dodgy) work in escrow and build yourself some feedback first, if you are legit then that is the way to becoming a trusted seller, once you are then you can start asking people to finalize early. we definitely need more weed vendors on here but im afraid like all sellers you have to prove yourself first, once you have you can start asking people to finalize early and such.

sorry i can't even tell if your being sincere lol. i also don't know what you mean by make a list? your the vendor right? just put a custom *Sample* listing if you are giving 10 free samples. i will order after a couple others have done the same. (and i see a pic with product and paper with name on)
WL are you putting your name down for a free sample?
and Pro cheers for bring attention to the escrow problem as i completely forgot to bring that up.

you may have been here that long but you havent been vending consistently for that long, you have some feedback from the past for items just labeled "xxx" but im afraid you need some recent feedback on the products your selling now, its about building trust as a vendor, heres what id suggest
1. drop the early finalize for now unless the buyer has bad stats
2. edit your profile, sure others have a nicely written profile page but copying chunks word for word doesnt look good
3. maybe offer a few samples, no one is saying you have to give things away if you dont want to, just list some 1g listings for cost price or something to get some feedback, people want to know what the packaging and product are like before they dive in
once youve built some decent feedback then you can start asking people to finalize early, i can understand that you are worried about scammers but the vast majority of buyers are legitimate, if you get a new buyer or someone with very few purchases buying then ask them to finalize early, as far as i know sellers can see a buyers amount of transactions and refund rate when they order so there is no need to ask trusted buyers to finalize early, again once people trust you many will do it without you even needing to ask

I noticed this and thought something was up too. The way feedback is displayed has been changed now so it's harder to spot these patterns.

I too was considering buying some green from Kronn but changed my mind when he said hes been scammed by loads of buyers even though he only had 5 transactions at the time.

I guess it really pays to read the forums here, I was going to place an order for 3.5 g but now there's no way after seeing that he used a hash picture from some magazine / weed forum? It seems there are people buying from him though, unless he's faking all the feedback, so if he is legit we'll know soon. Still, if I was to sell goods on here, I would NEVER take a picture from somewhere else even if it is the same strain or whatever, it gives a really sketchy impression.

Although I think this guy is probably a scammer, I'm pretty certain he's a mighty shady character and a sleazeball. Anybody who would buy from him is crazy.

Managed to convince him into doing 2g escrow for me. Should be here today, will keep you posted.
I see he's now a regular user... Oh well I'll get my money back if it is a scam.

I normally don't chime in on other vendors threads, but i'd hate to see someone loose out if i didn't say something. His bud pictures can be found using Google image search, the images are stolen from budtrader.com which is the Californian Craigslist for weed. It is not even a good attempt at a scam!

thanks oldtoker i'm glad this topic has stayed active so people can see how sketchy he is before they buy his "product". and your spot on greengiant, it's a pretty lame attempt at a scam and i hope he never makes back the money he invested into the sellers account because of this thread. anyway glad i could be of service guys and could help Keep SR legit :)

I ordered 3.5 and an additional 2 grams to the tune of 17.60 bitcoin.
Been waiting a few days now (since Thursday) I have been scammed too it seems.
Feeling pretty destroyed!

Stung for a few BTC here, ordered 2g, forgot to check forums before FEing. Guy was polite enough by PM, but order went in thurs, and still nothing in the mail today.
Ah well, lesson learned, I know to research better next time.

I think Chris didn't finalize the transaction, if you did you won't get any refund. Obviously you should read guides and advices on forums before ordering...
